It was the era of valour reborn, of a sense of gallantry defined by chivalrous code. For the day was one by the knights that rode for truth, honour and love, for they rode with Zeus and Hera, the gods returned to mortal form for the sake of winning the apocalypse. The four horsemen were thus met with many horseman in the opposite direction, all of them serving love, creation, plenty and peace.
For sake of honour forswear it true.
Upon the honour of my breath, upon my noble brow, I say to thee that comest knights that will defeat any storm with but a glowing ember.
When one lives with honour the ego has the right kind of armour, for one can love the self full well when one is sure one's deeds were made in the spirit of gallantry. And then no knave of sophistry can land any lance, and upon thy horse, pure hearted and proud, is where you shall remain.
