I used to over eat on sweet food, but I learned to have just enough to feel that I'd had a treat, yet stop while I still felt good about myself, when I could go to bed that night feeling great about the choices I made.
It's taken some time to learn how to eat properly. I've had a lot of relapses along the way. But each time I learned more skills to build on, with food and exercise. So, after some time I'm happy with my body. My self esteem rises with the more I learn and the more self control I'm able to exercise. After all, I want to become the best version of myself that I can.
